1. Information We Collect
When you book a training session or send us an inquiry, we collect the following:
- Contact information: your full name, phone number, and email address.
- Booking details: the course you select, your preferred date and time, and any optional message you include.
- Payment information: when you pay a deposit, your card details are submitted directly to our payment processor, Square. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded along with the last four digits of the card and a receipt URL.
- Calendar information: your name, contact details, and session details are stored in our private scheduling calendar so we have an organized record of upcoming sessions.
- Server logs: standard web server logs may temporarily record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. These logs are kept for diagnostic and security purposes only.
